  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for cooking)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

📝 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Stir well until combined and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Sauce

  2. Simmer for another 2 minutes, turning the chicken to glaze evenly.
