- 200g chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 eggs (boiled and peeled)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1/2 carrot (diced)
- 1 potato (diced)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 cups chicken broth or water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
