How to Make Authentic Thai Pad Thai
1. Soak the Rice Noodles
- Soak the rice noodles in lukewarm water for 15–20 minutes until they soften.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Pad Thai Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, fish sauce, tamarind paste, sugar, soy sauce, chili powder, and water.
- Stir well until smooth and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Ingredients
