Grilled Chicken and Veggie Skewers Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (about 200g each)
- 1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or orange)
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, oregano)
Instructions:
- Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
