Ingredients:

  • 1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or orange)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 zucchini

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, oregano)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Cut the bell pepper, red onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
