Classic Skillet Lasagna Recipe

This Classic Skillet Lasagna is a great way to make traditional lasagna quickly and easily. It’s cooked in one pan, saving you time while providing a rich, cheesy, and delicious meal.



🍽️ Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

  • 300g ground beef
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 lasagna noodles (pre-cooked)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook the Ground Beef

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

2. Add Marinara Sauce and Seasoning

  • Once the beef is cooked, add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine.
  • Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to bring the flavors together.

3. Layer the Lasagna

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.

5. Serve & Garnish

  • Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from heat and serve. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
