  • Canned tuna 1 can (drained)
  • Avocado ½ (sliced)
  • Lettuce a few leaves (shredded)
  • Carrot ¼ (julienned)
  • Cucumber ¼ (julienned)
  • Egg 1 (fried or soft-boiled)
  • Gochujang 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic 1 teaspoon (minced)
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon (for cooking the tuna)

🔥 Cooking Method

1️⃣ Prepare the Rice

  • Cook the rice and serve it warm. You can use brown rice or white rice based on your preference.

2️⃣ Prepare the Tuna

  • Drain the canned tuna and heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
