Here are three simple and delicious ways to enjoy chia seeds!


1. Chia Seed Pudding


Ingredients:


2 tbsp chia seeds


200ml milk or plant-based milk


1 tsp honey or maple syrup


Vanilla extract (optional)


Toppings: banana, berries, nuts



Instructions:


1. Mix chia seeds with milk and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours (or overnight).



2. Stir once or twice in between for a smoother texture.



3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!


2. Chia Seed Yogurt Bowl


Ingredients:


1 cup Greek yogurt


1 tbsp chia seeds


1 tsp honey or maple syrup


Fruits (blueberries, strawberries, banana, etc.)


Granola or nuts



Instructions:


1. Mix chia seeds into the yogurt and let it sit for about 10–15 minutes.



2. Add fruits and granola on top. Enjoy!


3. Chia Seed Smoothie


Ingredients:


1 banana


200ml milk or soy milk


1 tbsp chia seeds


A handful of spinach (optional)


Honey or maple syrup (optional)



Instructions:


1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.



2. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
